Executive hiring is different
Senior hires in fintech and web3 are rarely made through job postings. The right person is almost always employed, not searching — and typically cautious about who approaches them and how. Executive search requires discretion, deep market knowledge and the ability to have credible conversations at a senior level.
I work exclusively in fintech and web3, which means I understand the landscape — the key players, the companies, the reputations and the motivations. When I approach a potential candidate, I do it with full context about both sides of the equation.
Who I work with
My executive search clients are typically in one of three situations:
An international fintech or web3 company obtaining a Bank of Lithuania licence or establishing a subsidiary. They need a Country Manager, Head of Compliance or local executive team — people who can represent the company to regulators and build the local operation.
A company with an established Lithuanian presence that needs to add leadership depth — a CTO to lead engineering growth, a CPO to own the product roadmap or a Head of Operations to manage expanding teams.
Sensitive searches where confidentiality matters. Succession planning, quiet departures or strategic pivots that require a rapid and discreet replacement process.
